Well, to start out I got the idea, from the 1984 - 2009 Mutant Turtles and the SNES game Super Mario World. I been drawing and writing comics for a while with the Turtles, then as I was playing the SNES game I then realized that the Koopa was a turtle with wings:





So I used that method to come up with Deleon who was really different from now. The comic character of Deleon was really interesting and different from now he had a bit more to him though his attitude maybe the same. He is mean and bossy and pushy mostly of because, how his life turned out and how he grew up.





Deleon is a fascinating character when you get to know him. He's a king of his land and he has to take control of just about everything but all the rest of the characters were different looking as well similar to Del bit WAY to similar to the Mutant Turtles. Though the way they both worked out was great and how they met from within my comics, Deleon falls out of a helicopter and lands on Leo he explains why he was held captive for the longest of time then Leo decides to take Del back to Tricon after his master forbids it then the journey is long and exciting as they travel to Tricon and save Deleon's land from his uncle Bruton, and the characters they meet on the way was fascinating.





It really gives you some idea like, "This planet HAS to be out there." you know you want it out there and you want to be there to experience it.
What’s best about this story is when, Deleon goes through all this trouble and treachery and pain JUST to get rid of Bruton and/or his plans is, quite the journey. When Deleon runs into all these other characters they help him out give him a had to fight off Brouton even Deleons enemies decides to side with him because they can NOT handle the fact about Bruton taking over they'd rather the Element of Five to die then live on into Brouton.
After a few comics I just whipped up a few sketches trying to figure out how these characters would look like and I threw in this guy:



　
And it was interesting and I decided to stick with it for a while figured he can be Deleon which was awesome. Then I added more gave him longer hair changed his wings from red and green to yellow and white though I wanted him to be different from the rest of the Architrons though his personality pretty much is.

　


Coming up with what type of hair they had like, was it rough? Was it dry? Was it tangled all the time? Was it shiny? So eventually I came up with their hair being 84% silky and soft I mean, these guys don’t brush there hair so I needed something so they can have untangled healthy hair.
It’s hard to tell if these were warm blooded or cold blooded creatures so I decided they can be mammals since they are close to the human race on Earth.
